Dictionary of Economic and Business Terminology

 

 

This dictionary is just one of the fruits of an ambitious project which was started over two decades ago by the author in collaboration with the Centro Iberoamericano de Terminología (Ibero-American Terminology Centre), and which led to the creation of the HISPANOTERM® terminology bank.

The first edition appeared in 1990 under the title, Diccionario Terminológico de Economía, Comercio y Derecho, and has been out of print since 1994.

Now it is being reissued with a new title and a new graphic presentation. The number of specialist fields has been increased and the contents have been completely updated for the new edition.

 

Dictionary of Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications Terminology

This dictionary has also been compiled from the terminological material stored in the HISPANOTERM® terminology bank.

It has over ninety thousand entries in each language which encompass the wide field of the three subjects covered by the title. This is clearly a work of great importance which will undoubtedly be appreciated by translators and specialists in the respective fields.

This is the first time that such a thorough, exhaustive work of this kind has been published in the Spanish-speaking world.
